I know there is no water flowing, but the Monitor shows flow.

After setup, the Monitor is indicating flow even though I know there is no water running.

Solution

Note: This article assumes that you have confirmed there is no active leak in your home.

Recalibration: The Monitor may need to be calibrated to relearn where its zero point is. During this calibration, be sure that absolutely no water is running in the house - this includes all interior and exterior lines and taps. You can recalibrate your Monitor via the settings icon (the gear in the upper right hand corner), and clicking “info & tools”. You should see the “re-calibrate monitor” option, which will lead you through the calibration process.

Unfortunately, these instructions don't help. I recalibrated my meter and it's still showing phantom readings. I've posted my problem in the community forum, with pictures, a month ago, but there has been no response.

    Hi Leonid,

Thanks for the comment. Is the live flow dial in the StreamLabs App showing water running when you know that no water is actually running? Or are you seeing a margin of error for total hourly/daily consumption? If it's the latter, what percent off is the Monitor readings from your main meter?

    Thanks!
