If your Control reported that it failed to update properly, there are several things to check before re-initiating the update process. If you've already clicked "Retry" on the "Update Failure" screen and it did not work, please consult the steps below.
1. Ensure that the Control does not lose power at any point during the update download and installation process.
2. Ensure that the Control does not lose its Wi-Fi connection during the update download and installation process. Certain household appliances such as microwave ovens can emit a signal that can interfere with wireless internet signal strength when in use.
