Why do I have a leak alert that shows zero total gallons?

If you experience a leak alert that shows zero total gallons, as shown in the graphic below, it is because the Monitor lost internet connectivity during the leak. Since the Monitor is not connected to the internet for the duration of the leak in this instance, it is unable to report the total gallons.
