During the setup process, my Monitor seems unable to calibrate.
Solution
Calibration issues are most commonly caused when the Monitor senses water flowing during the process. You can correct this by closing the main shutoff valve to your home prior to calibrating. Once it asks you to run water, please open the valve.
You can also remove the Monitor from the pipe by cutting the zip ties off and checking the sensor pads underneath the Monitor. The two black rubber pads should be flat against the surface of the part of the Monitor that makes contact with the pipe. If these pads are damaged, twisted, bent, or deformed, you will need to replace them. There is an extra pair in the box. Please click here for a complete, step-by-step guide on how to assess the condition of your sensor pads and how to replace them if they are damaged.
