Local Control

Since there is no local control  or local http command for this device, im wondering if anyone has opened it up yet and hardwired to the buttons? I have a home automation company and would love to integrate into a Control 4 system but there is not integration yet. Ive hadwired controls to a bunch of garage door controller so i assume it wouldn't be any different on the valve?
