It would be great if you offered either a locally-installable or a web-accessible simulator for your water monitor so that people could prototype API applications without an actual meter, either out of convenience or because they don't have one yet. If done right, it would also give more flexibility to the developer in simulating various operating conditions that may be difficult or time consuming to recreate with a real meter.
