Exporting data to a CSV file.
Dear Streamlabs Team.
Your product is filling a huge gap in the smart home world! Thank you for bringing it to us. I am not a programmer, so I am baffled by all of the API features. All I need is a simple .csv file.
In the meantime, can anyone explain how I might do this using API?
Thank you,
—Paul

Hi Paul,
Fortunately, we are launching a subscription service in the coming weeks that will allow you to export your usage data! For more information on our subscription service, please see here: https://www.streamlabswater.com/subscription

Hi Paul,
I just wanted to let you know that we have released the StreamPlus subscription service and with it, the ability to export your data in a .CSV file. Each StreamLabs customer has received a free 3-month trial of the service. To download your data, please visit https://my.streamlabswater.com/ and sign in using the same credentials you use to login to your StreamLabs App.
If you have any additional questions or comments, feel free to contact us at support@streamlabswater.com.

It's a water meter, so it identifies how much water is being used; and you're telling us we have to PAY a monthly fee for access to our own data???!!!
Usually when you sell a subscription service it's for added functionality or analytics. You're charging for the only data that the device captures. I can't see spending money for something as core to the product as this. The sole reason I bought the product was so i could use the information to split a shared water meter. This is really frustrating to hear and wipes out any value the product is supposed to bring.

Hi Sean,
Thanks for the feedback. While the StreamLabs Monitor does provide accurate water usage data, it is not a rated water meter. Most of the Monitor's main functions are focused on leak detection, the product's main purpose. However, we have received similar feedback that many customers are using the Monitor as a metering device and plan to add more features related to metering in the near future.
Thanks!
