I agree, I have an alarm.com system. With ifttt integration (or alarm.com) I could have it automatically set it to away. Then I can setup for it to close my zwave water valve if it thinks there is a leak.

Also a Wink user. I have automated shutoff valves in Wink that would love to work with streamlabs monitor alerts.

The Nest integration is nice, it works, and I use it.

First and foremost the usage reporting needs a major overhaul IMO.

Smartthings or IFTTT so a wet alarm can trigger a valve close in Smartthings. Works now with custom Device Handler and requires API access (and subscription). Subscription fees are a deal breaker for a lot of potential customers who just want one SL Monitor to throw a wet alarm. Fees make sense for 'commercial' users (like landlords) who have multiple monitors and can afford to pay for the 'service'.
