Optimize Android App so that it works with Chromebooks

I have a newer Acer Chromebook that has the Google Play store and runs Android apps on an Android simulator.  Some apps work great, just like on a phone, some not so much, and some not at all. 

The Streamlabs Water app isn't even offered for this device to download it, it is not compatible. Please consider updating the app so it will work with a Chromebook that had the Android simulator built in.

  Still doesn't show in the play store on my Acer Chromebook.  Yes this is a newer Chromebook that runs Android apps.

  Please allow this to install on a Chromebook that has Android apps.
